Mr. Handyman of Canton, Woodstock, and Marietta

David Thompson is the owner of Mr. Handyman of Canton and Woodstock, a business he founded in the spring of 2020. A proud veteran, David served in the United States Navy during the mid-1970s.

He and his wife, Mary Ann, have called Cherokee County home for nearly a decade. They both love the area and are actively involved in their local community. Together, they have a large, growing family that includes five children, who are scattered from Florida to England, seven grandchildren, five "fur-grands," as well as a dog and two cats of their own.

In their free time, David and Mary Ann enjoy reading, camping, traveling (especially to England to visit family), and scuba diving. In fact, if asked to name his ultimate "happy place," David will quickly tell you it is sixty feet underwater in Roatan!

Ultimately, David and Mary Ann's desire for their business is to provide quality service to their community, support and develop their employees, and, most importantly, endeavor to glorify God and His son Jesus Christ in all that they do.
